| | Aduki is the "trading name" of Bloomington trumpeter Simon Burke. Simon is currently studying for his doctorate in jazz performance at the University of Illinois and frequently makes appearances in the Central Illinois region, particularly Bloomington, Springfield and Champaign-Urbana. The group would not be averse to playing in Peoria, they just never get invited ... Aduki's line-up has expanded from a trio to a quintet and generally features Erik Swanson on guitar, Christian Schnorr on drums, Timothy Miles on sax and vocals and Sam Peters on bass.
