| | Beyond his first priority as father (of two) and husband (of one), Greg is an active freelance trumpeter in Central Illinois. He currently serves as Music Director at Community Bible Fellowship of El Paso and at Heartland Community College as an adjunct instructor of music. In 2001, Greg founded Illinois BrassWorks and keeps busy in this group as Band Leader, Trumpeter, and arranger. Greg has completed formal education at Illinois State University (Masters of Music - Performance) and Anderson University (Bachelors of Arts - Music Business). Some of his musical highlights include the following: Illinois Symphony Orchestra, Anderson Symphony Orchestra, Peoria Bach Fest Orchestra, The Temptations, US Marine Corps Band-New Orleans, Central Illinois Jazz Orchestra, Heartland Jazz Orchestra, State Farm Employee Association (SFEA) Big Band, Ron Scott Orchestra, No Impedance Brass Band, New Orleans PotHoles, Illinois State University Bands, Anderson University Bands, Clark College Bands,1990 Goodwill Games.
