| As a jazz and classical saxophonist, Jeffrey Hoover has performed in the United States, Europe, and Russia. His classical compositions have received national and international awards and recognition. One unique aspect of Hoover’s work is when he combines his compositions with his own paintings.
Dr. Hoover is the Associate Dean for Arts and Communication at Illinois Central College.
