| | Edith is a performing arts coach who moved to Peoria from Barbados in May 2005. She holds a bachelor's degree in music education from the U. of Illinois and a master's degree in music/theatre from the State University of New York at Binghamton. She has been singing with a jazz group in Barbados for five years, operated her own theatre for fifteen years in Maine, toured as a performing artist for the Smithsonian Institure, has represented the US government as a cultural ambassador to Greece and is thrilled to come home to roost at her roots.
