| | Ryan Weisheit, a graduate of Normal Community High School, is currently a student at the prestigious University of North Florida in Jacksonville, studying under the legendary altoist Bunky Green. He performs regularly in the both the New York City and the Central Illinois area. He has led a number of small groups of his own, and was a member of the HJO for over three years. Ryan has had the opportunity to perform with many jazz artists including Kenny Garrett, Dave Brubeck, Danny Gottlieb, Bunky Green, Medeski Martin and Wood, Rebecca Paris, Slide Hampton, Claudio Roditi, Bill Watrous, and Bobby Shew. |
